Assistant/Event Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute meetings, conferences, and special events
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and ensure smooth delivery
• Ensure all events are executed to the highest operational standards
• Work closely with internal departments to achieve excellent guest satisfaction
• Manage multiple events with strong attention to detail and efficiency
Who we are looking for:
• Strong passion for hospitality and events management
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
• Previous hotel or event experience will be an added advantage

Open to Malaysian citizens, Permanent Residents, or valid work permit holders in Malaysia
