Main Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or online platforms.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations.
• Process sales orders and coordinate deliveries.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Update customer records and sales reports.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams.
• Support outdoor sales representatives when required.
• Identify sales opportunities and promote company products.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, ERP/CRM systems).
• Customer service orientation.
• Ability to multitask and manage orders accurately.
• Basic sales and product knowledge.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
