Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support daily retail operations across all outlets
Monitor outlet performance, sales reports & stock movement
Liaise with store teams, warehouse, suppliers & internal departments
Ensure SOP, operational & VM standards are maintained
Support marketing campaigns, promotions, roadshows & events
Prepare sales, inventory & operational reports
Assist in inventory planning, stock allocation & replenishment
Support new outlet setup and retail initiatives
Handle operational issues and ensure timely resolution

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant retail operations experience
• Strong coordination & communication skills
• Experience in retail/store operations, VM coordination or retail support is an advantage

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
