Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our Flexible Packaging sales team. This role is critical in managing sales documentation, tracking order status, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with cross-functional departments including production, supply chain, and finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end sales support process for flexible packaging orders
• Prepare and manage customer quotations, pricing sheets, and sales contracts
• Track and update customer orders, delivery schedules, and production status
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., planning, logistics, production) to meet delivery timelines
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities in CRM systems
• Assist in compiling monthly sales reports and performance dashboards
• Support the sales team in managing client follow-ups, new product requests, and sample coordination
• Ensure compliance with ISO or internal SOP standards in documentation and communication

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a sales coordinator, customer service, or commercial support role, preferably in packaging, printing, or FMCG industries
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Workplace
• Familiarity with B2B order processing and packaging industry terminology is an advantage
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
