RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receiving the faulty item needed for repair that customer sent by courier or from a walk in customer.
• Assist customers with all warranty service by listing down the issue of faulty items. Record all customer inquiries and requests on all warranty issues
• Ensuring that documents are accurate and well-maintained.
• Liaise with sales, RMA and technician regarding warranty status
• Issue the quotation if required (void/over-warranty items)
• Keep up to date with customers, organizing and maintaining customer inquiries regarding warranty status.
• Can start June/July

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in administration or a related field.
• A minimum of 1 years’ experience in related fields, Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
• A team player with leadership skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
