Job Responsibilities

• Implement and carry out all policies, activities, procedures, and instructions in accordance with the QESH Management System.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements as well as all applicable legal and regulatory standards.
• Plan and execute actions based on risk and opportunity assessments.
• Take responsibility for maintaining a safe and healthy working environment within the assigned area.
• Supervise and manage daily site activities to ensure construction works are carried out properly, with effective quality control and loss prevention.
• Ensure workers and subcontractors maintain proper housekeeping and comply with quality, environmental, safety, and health requirements.
• Monitor project progress and report any issues that may affect timelines or work quality to the Project Manager.
• Plan and coordinate daily site operations among all trades to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
• Verify that delivered materials meet required specifications and that construction works comply with contractual standards.
• Perform any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the superior when required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in data centre project construction will be an added advantage..
• Able to work independently with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to relocate or travel outstation when required.
• Work Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
