Key ResponsibilitiesUser Support
- Provide first-level technical support for employees using Windows-based laptops and desktops.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application-related issues.
- Assist users with Microsoft 365 and other business applications.
Network & Connectivity
- Troubleshoot network-related issues including Wi-Fi, LAN connectivity, and firewall configurations.
- Ensure stable and reliable network performance for all users.
Asset & Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including laptops, mobile devices, and accessories.
- Assist in the setup, deployment, and configuration of new devices.
- Monitor IT inventory and ensure software licensing compliance.
IT Operations & Projects
- Support IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, deployments, and audits.
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot IP phone systems and related devices.
- Perform other IT-related duties and projects assigned by management.
RequirementsQualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience
- 0 to 3 years of working experience in IT Support, IT Operations, Helpdesk, or related roles.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
- Basic understanding of Windows Server environments.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Understanding of firewalls, antivirus solutions, and endpoint management.
- Exposure to Linux environments is an added advantage.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
