Job description:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
• Introduce and explain the company’s products or services to prospects.
• Build rapport with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Answer queries, provide relevant information and handle objections professionally.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets by converting leads into sales.
• Upsell or cross-sell products services where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Update customer information regularly to ensure data accuracy.
• Conduct follow-up calls with interested prospects or existing customers to close sales or foster relationships.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective scripts and strategies.
• Developing telemarketing scripts and strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
• Share customer feedback to help improve offerings and processes.
• Fostering a positive and productive work environment to drive motivation and accountability.
• Adhere to all company policies, industry regulations and privacy laws when handling customer data.
• Participating in ad hoc projects and assignments as directed by the management, including but not limited to campaigns, reporting tasks, system testing, or new product rollouts.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor in any field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or sales-related roles will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Confident in handling objections and engaging with customers in a professional manner.
• Target-driven, motivated, and able to work in a performance-based environment.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
