A Process Technician in mechanical assembly builds, inspects, tests, and troubleshoots complex mechanical, electro-mechanical, or pneumatic systems according to technical drawings, schematics, and work orders. Key responsibilities include assembling precision components, operating production machinery, performing quality control, and ensuring adherence to safety standards in manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Mechanical Assembly: Assemble, fit, and install pre-made parts into finished products using hand and power tools.
• System Integration: Position, align, and adjust components to ensure proper fit, including connecting cables, tubes, and wires.
• Testing & Troubleshooting: Perform functional testing of completed assemblies using tools like multimeters, leak detectors, or precision measuring instruments.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect parts for defects, verify conformity to specifications, and maintain documentation.
• Process Maintenance: Set up and maintain production machines, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental protocols.
