Metronic Engineering Hiring! Full Time BIM MODELER in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

1. Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for infrastructure projects using BIM software in accordance with project requirements and standards.

2. Produce accurate construction drawings, schedules, and technical documentation derived from BIM models to support project implementation.

3. Perform quantity take-offs and assist in project cost estimation using BIM data and modeling tools.

4. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders to ensure BIM models are accurate, updated, and aligned with project requirements.

5. Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts through BIM coordination processes to minimize construction issues.

6. Perform regular reviews and quality checks on BIM models to ensure compliance with project standards, specifications, and company BIM protocols.

7. Update and revise BIM models based on design changes, site feedback, and project requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

8. Prepare and maintain BIM-related documentation including modeling guidelines, protocols, standards, and project records.

9. Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support project teams in resolving technical modeling issues.

10. Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time, including support for ISO audit administration, proper documentation, filing, and preparation of detailed reports.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Education:
