Ikha Venture Hiring! Full Time HVAC Technician - Mechanical Technician in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 2,500 - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

1) Service, inspect, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems such as FCU, ACSU, AHU, WCPU, VRV/VRF, Cooling Tower, Chiller, CHWP, CWP & Ventilation systems.

2) Repair or replace defective components to restore system functionality.

3) Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems according to HVAC protocols.

4) Maintain accurate records of work performed.

5) Communicate professionally with clients, explain procedures, and offer recommendations.

6) Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

7) Identify maintenance risks and diagnose faults.

8) Keep daily logs and records.

9) Adhere to service standards and customer requirements.

10) Demonstrate high responsibility, discipline, punctuality, and attention to detail.

11) Work independently or in a team.

Requirements:

- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English

- Possess SKM certificate or Diploma in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration / HVAC

- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Air Conditioning System service and maintenance.

- Skills required: Basic electronic/electrical knowledge, general maintenance service, troubleshooting machinery problems.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Able to adhere to job schedules.
