Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in IT Service Operations, Technical Support, Enterprise Incident Management, Managed Services, NOC, SOC, Cloud Operations, or Enterprise IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices, particularly Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Control.
• Experience handling Major Incident Management and critical service disruptions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, crisis management, stakeholder engagement, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders simultaneously during high-priority incidents.
• ITIL Foundation certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the end-to-end Incident Management process for major incidents and service disruptions.
• Serve as the Incident Commander during critical incidents, ensuring timely communication, escalation, and resolution.
• Facilitate incident bridge calls involving internal teams, vendors, and customers during high-priority incidents.
• Coordinate technical response activities and stakeholder communications throughout the incident lifecycle.
• Monitor incident trends, recurring issues, and service impacts to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Ensure incident documentation, reporting, and process compliance are maintained accurately.
