Responsibilities

HR Executive

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,000 per month (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage and support various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR-related correspondence.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and probation reviews.
  • Handle employee inquiries and assist with employee relations matters.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate training and staff development programs.
  • Support payroll administration and liaise with relevant departments.
  • Assist in implementing HR initiatives and company culture programs.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate personnel records.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of HR experience.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Salary Progression

Successful candidates who demonstrate strong performance, commitment, and contribution to the company may be considered for a salary increment upon successful completion of their probation period.
