Job Summary:

Assist the driver in loading, unloading, delivering, and collecting goods safely and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction and proper handling of items.

Responsibilities

• Loading & Unloading
• Load and unload goods from trucks.
• Ensure items are handled carefully to prevent damage.
• Arrange goods properly inside the vehicle for safe transportation.

Delivery Assistance

• - Assist the driver during deliveries and collections.
• - Verify delivery items against delivery orders (DO) or invoices.
• - Obtain customer signatures and supporting documents when required.

Warehouse Support

• - Assist in receiving, sorting, and storing goods.
• - Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and loading area.
• - Conduct stock counting when assigned.

Safety Compliance

• - Follow all safety procedures during loading, unloading, and transportation.
• - Use proper lifting techniques and safety equipment.
• - Ensure goods are secured properly before transportation.

Documentation

• - Assist in preparing and checking delivery documents.
• - Record delivery and collection details accurately.

Other Duties

• - Assist with moving furniture, equipment, or materials as required.
• - Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum PMR/PT3/SPM qualification.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
• Able to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience in delivery, logistics, or warehouse operations is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Flexible as per Delivery and Collection Schedule
• Allowance may be required based on delivery schedules.

Reporting To: Diver & Logistics Supervisor / Transport Manager / Operations Manager.

Salary : Calculated Daily Basis : RM80 per day on completing given task.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
