Job Summary

The Company Driver is responsible for providing safe, punctual, and professional transportation services for Top Management. The role also includes ensuring company vehicles are properly maintained, clean, and in good operating condition at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport Top Management to and from the company, meetings, appointments, airports, and other official destinations.
• Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off according to assigned schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall condition of company vehicles.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections including fuel, engine oil, tire pressure, brakes, battery, and general vehicle condition.
• Arrange and coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, road tax renewal, insurance renewal, and PUSPAKOM inspection when required.
• Keep proper records of vehicle maintenance, mileage, fuel usage, and service schedules.
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws, company policies, and road safety regulations.
• Monitor and report any vehicle issues, accidents, or damages immediately to management.
• Assist with company dispatch or delivery duties when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with Top Management matters.
• Support general administrative or operational tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Possess a valid Malaysian driving license (Class D or equivalent).

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
