Requirements
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Passionate about online gaming
- Comfortable working in a shift-based environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to handle high-volume chat and ticket support
- Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Prior experience in customer service, BPO or gaming support is an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Provide real-time support for online game players
- Assist players via chat, ticketing systems and in-game support channels
- Handle gameplay-related enquiries, including account issues, game rules, bugs and technical concerns
- Monitor and ensure a smooth gaming experience for players
- Investigate and escalate issues to relevant teams when required
- Handle player complaints and provide professional solutions
- Moderate player behaviour and ensure compliance with game policies
- Support community engagement and live operations activities
- Maintain service quality and response time targets (SLA)

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
