Persol Hiring! Full Time Engineer, Grain Storage (Manufacturing) in Johor, Earn up to MYR 4,500 - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Manager, Grains Storage & Operations in planning and coordinating grain receiving activities during vessel arrivals.
• Assist in arranging manpower and preparing work schedules for departmental operations.
• Support the planning and monitoring of grain transfer activities to the flour mill, feed mill, and for sales.
• Ensure proper grain handling and conditioning procedures are consistently followed.
• Implement fumigation and pest control programs to maintain grain quality and safety.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date grain inventory records.
• Coordinate with the Engineering Department on machinery maintenance and improvement initiatives.
• Participate in troubleshooting operational issues within the grain storage area.
• Ensure grain storage operations comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs), ISO, GMP, and workplace safety and health regulations.
• Adhere to and implement GMP and FSMS (Food Safety Management System) requirements.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant experience in grain storage, logistics, or operations is an added advantage.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and operational environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
