What you'll be doing

• Prepare BOQ and tender document/ proposal, pre & post contract administration.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
• Handling progress claims and progress payments.
• Verify with sub-contractor for all the work done on site (if required).
• Collaborate with the engineer or production team to resolve any commercial or contractual issues
• Able to read and understand structural and detailed drawings.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Engineer in the construction industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
• Experience in construction industry and able to work independently
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound, data-driven decisions
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards in the construction sector
• Able to work in Senai
• We welcome fresh graduate as well!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
