Job description:

We are hiring an experienced Scaffold Supervisor to oversee the planning, erection, and dismantling of scaffolding structures at our construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure all scaffold operations meet safety standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures.

Ensure scaffolding is safe, stable, and compliant with safety regulations.

Conduct inspections and risk assessments for scaffold installations.

Train and guide scaffold teams on proper procedures and safety measures.

Coordinate with site managers and project teams to ensure timely scaffold setup.

Requirements:

Valid Scaffolding Supervisor Certificate or equivalent qualification.

Strong knowledge of scaffolding safety standards and regulations.

Ability to lead and manage a scaffold team effectively.
