Full Time General Technician Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,000 in Ixora Hotel, Penang Prai - Ricebowl

Responsibilities include maintaining all areas of the Hotel building, infrastructure, Operating Equipment (OE), Furniture, Fittings and Equipment (F,F&E) in an “as new” and pristine condition. Ensures the confidentiality and security of all guest’s rooms, customer areas. Be familiar with all hotel services and facilities to respond to guests’ needs and requests. Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, services and procedures and standards of the condition of the Hotel. Use correct chemicals and equipment for designated surfaces and tasks, according to OSHA regulations and Hotel policies and procedures. Provides experience and full working knowledge and proficiency in all preventive maintenance, and repairs completed promptly and to a high standard of competency to ensure maximum working time of all equipment, etc. without disruption to the business of the hotel, and its tenants.
