Shipping Executive (Operations & Logistics) – Subang Jaya

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shipping Executive to manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, international logistics, and customer account coordination. This role offers strong exposure across operations and is ideal for candidates looking to grow into a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle sales enquiries, quotations, and procurement
• Coordinate international shipments (import/export), air/sea in accordance with Incoterms
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and forwarding procedures
• Administrative work according to given guidelines
• Coordinate internally with multi-departments to complete given tasks
• Prepare reports and performance analysis for assigned customer accounts
• Support lead team members when required

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or freight forwarding
• Strong understanding of procurement, inventory flow, and import/export processes
• Familiarity with Incoterms and shipping documentation
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/logistics systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
