• Call quotation, prepare progress claim, variation order and final account, procurement site measurement and cost comparison.
• Able to measurement, taking off and preparation of Bill of Quantity, cost estimation and analysis and budget.
• Maintain and prepare contract summaries, contract change order including report and status update.
• Follow up with relevant parties to ensure closure of all issue in a timely manner.
• To verify sub-contractor progress claims, prepare progress certificate and tracking payments.
• Assist overall administration matters of various contracts and sub contracts works.
• Assist and undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by Superior.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
