Job Title : Senior Process Engineer

Experience ; 12 to 15 Years

Location : Kuala Lumpur

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Process Engineer with strong experience in Upstream Oil & Gas and FPSO projects.

Key Requirements:

• 12–15 years of Process Engineering experience
• Degree in Chemical Engineering (Postgraduate qualification preferred)
• Strong experience in Upstream Oil & Gas projects
• FPSO/MOPU project experience is highly preferred
• Hands-on experience in Process Design Engineering
• Expertise in PFDs, P&IDs, Equipment Lists, Cause & Effect Diagrams, and Process Calculations
• Experience with HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, and RAM studies
• Proficiency in Aspen HYSYS and process simulation software
• Experience in engineering design, proposal, and project execution activities

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform process design and simulation activities for offshore oil & gas projects
• Develop and review PFDs, P&IDs, and other process engineering deliverables
• Participate in safety and risk assessment studies
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry codes, standards, and project requirements
• Support bid proposals, procurement packages, and project execution
• Develop and maintain process engineering standards and procedures
