Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in JB, Malaysia for an Ecommerce Manager. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee the performance and management of the company's e-commerce operations. Primary responsibilities include developing strategies to boost online performance, managing product listings and order fulfillments, analyzing sales trends, and collaborating with internal and external teams. Additionally, the role involves driving marketing campaigns, identifying growth opportunities, enhancing customer experiences, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong E-Commerce and Marketing skills, with experience in managing online platforms and driving digital marketing campaigns
• Proven Analytical Skills to assess sales data and develop actionable insights
• Excellent Communication and Sales abilities to liaise effectively with stakeholders and drive revenue growth
• Proficiency in project management and organizing e-commerce workflows is advantageous
• Knowledge or experience with e-commerce integrations and platforms (e.g., Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) is a plus
• Experience not degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with prior experience in e-commerce management or online sales
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and handle multiple tasks efficiently
