Key Responsibilities

• Ensure operational readiness and stable running status of data center infrastructure
• Perform routine inspections of servers, switches, power systems, and network equipment
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support server hardware and infrastructure systems
• Handle hardware maintenance and fault resolution for Windows, Linux, and Unix-based systems
• Diagnose and resolve server, storage, switch, and network-related issues
• Replace faulty switches and troubleshoot network link abnormalities
• Respond quickly to operational incidents and unexpected infrastructure failures
• Manage and organize physical network connections, including fiber optic and network cabling
• Monitor key equipment health, maintenance schedules, and spare parts inventory
• Prepare operational records, maintenance documentation, and service ticket updates
• Coordinate with vendors, logistics providers, operators, and internal stakeholders
• Support operational risk management and continuous infrastructure improvement initiatives
• Work closely with procurement and internal teams to optimize SLA and operational processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in server, storage, network, or infrastructure maintenance
• Experience in Data Centers or Internet Data Centers (IDC) is an advantage
• Familiarity with mainstream server and storage equipment from major vendors
• Strong troubleshooting and hands-on technical support skills
• Experience supporting Windows, Linux, and Unix-based environments
• Knowledge of switches, network devices, fiber optics, and network cabling
• Strong problem-solving ability and operational incident handling experience
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and proactive mindset
• Willing to work under a 24/7 rotating shift schedule
