Responsibilities
Job Description :
- Respond to internal and external HR related enquiries or requests and provide assistance.
- Support employee training & development activity by managing training administration .
- Liaise with HRDF on matters pertaining to Training claims and applications.
- Assist in maintaining ISO and quality related documentations for Human Resources.
- Support to manage foreign workers and expatriates hiring.
- Support in employees’ transportation and hostels management.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business, or any related field
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous, analytical and result oriented.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Penang Science Park.
- No work experience required.
- Preferably immediate starter.
