Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage training and courses for foreign workers.
Handle work pass renewals and ensure timely submission.
Assist in computing monthly payroll and overtime (OT) for employees.
Perform accurate data entry as required.
Manage general administrative duties and support ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Preferably 3 years of relevant experience in administrative or HR support roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Good communication and organizational skills.
