Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of Design computer-based systems for construction and building projects.
  • Prepare system architecture diagrams, layouts, and technical drawings.
  • Develop technical specifications and design documentation.
  • Coordinate for the change/update with main-con architects, civil engineers, M&E engineers, contractors, and clients for the projects update with system control.
  • Knowledge of Design and integrate with CCTV systems, Access control systems, Building Management Systems, Public Address (PA) systems, Structured cabling systems and etc.
  • Review technical submissions, shop drawings, and vendor proposals.
  • Ensure/care designs comply with project requirements, industry standards, and regulations.
  • Support installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve design-related technical issues.
  • Support/improve technical documentation and reporting.
  • Must be problem-solving and coordination skills.
  • Reduce manual processes of daily handling matters.
  • Develop project monitoring and reporting systems.
  • Analyze user and project requirements.
  • Design computer systems, networks, and related infrastructure.
  • Review technical submissions and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Ensure designs comply with project specifications, industry standards, and Singapore regulations.
  • Support digitalization initiatives and reduce manual work processes through automation and technology solutions.
  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Experience in systems design, ICT infrastructure, smart-building systems, or construction technology projects.
  • Knowledge of networking, system integration, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Familiarity with construction project environments.
  • Proficiency in AUTOCAD.
  • Engineering drawings and documentation.
