Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician
Location: Pioneer
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am -5.30pm
Basic Salary: $2000 to $3000

Key Responsibilities
• Provide stone-like product sample boards to Sales as required
• Develop colour matching formulas through testing and paint manufacturing processes
• Prepare colour-matching formulas for stone-like products and wet samples for the Production team
• Maintain and control all stone-like product formulations and update records in collaboration with the Technical team
• Set up standard formula for new stone like products
• Color-match flat paint for sample board and wet sample orders
• Report nonconformities or deviations to supervisors
Other Tasks
• Support the Display Controller during her absence
• Carry out system maintenance and updates for the colour matching machine
• Act as safety supervisor for Warehouse and Display areas during toolbox meetings and related activities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Display Lab and office area
• Adhere to company quality procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements
• Ensure compliance with applicable ISO standards and internal quality systems

Requirements
• Minimum GCE N / O Level or equivalent
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate documentation
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
