Job Description
Responsibilities
- Must have minimum 5-8 years of experience in UAT
- Creates and updates Test strategy, Test Scripts, Test Cases and Test Plans.
- Liaise with project managers, business users, IT teams, and vendors to gather UAT requirements and ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Identifies issues during test executions and articulate it to the QA Team Lead.
- Manages follow through on defect resolution.
- Produce daily test progress updates, escalate issues, and drive resolution of blockers to avoid delay in UAT cycles
- Prepares UAT execution daily reports and submits to QA Team Lead
- Participates on BRD & FSD walkthroughs.
- Ensure timeliness of all testing activities
- Log defects and conducts retest.
- Produce clear and concise documentation such as test summaries, user guides, and standard operating procedures
- Conduct training and walkthrough sessions for Operation users to ensure smooth adoption and understanding of new processes or system changes.
- Conducts testing in UAT and/or if needed in Production
