Job Summary

Manage accounts receivable functions and bank-related activities to maintain accurate financial records and support financial planning. Collaborate with departments to ensure timely billing and payments while assisting system implementation for operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable tasks including petty cash handling, bank reconciliation, and verifying expense claims to maintain accurate financial records
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely billing of sales invoices and follow up on payments to optimize cash flow
• Monitor and update daily bank balances to provide accurate and current financial status
• Serve as the primary contact for bank-related inquiries and transactions to ensure smooth banking operations
• Prepare and maintain cash flow projections to support financial planning and informed decision-making
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and maintain proper accounting documentation
• Assist in the implementation of new financial systems to facilitate a smooth transition and improve operational efficiency
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the finance team

Required competencies and certifications

• LCCI/ACCA certification or Diploma/Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Proficient use of accounting software and Microsoft Excel for financial data management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
