Hiring: Sales Admin Assistant (12-Month Contract)
Location: 303 Alexandra Road, Singapore 159941
Salary: $2,500 – $2,900

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin Assistant to support our Vehicle Admin Registration Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys handling administrative processes with accuracy and efficiency.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter customer and vehicle registration details into the CRM system
• Prepare documentation and assist with LTA vehicle registration processes
• Handle COE-related matters and update On-Board Unit (OBU) details
• Set up and maintain vehicle ownership records in the system
• Generate and issue vehicle tax invoices
• Scan, upload, and maintain proper filing of documents
• Review vehicle orders for accuracy prior to processing
• Support ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Who We’re Looking For

• Polytechnic Diploma and above (or equivalent)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative support role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to solve problems independently
