Job Summary
Develop and execute sales strategies for Cocoa’s data connectivity and integrated IT solutions across Singapore and key SEA markets. Manage key accounts, own the full sales cycle, and provide market intelligence to support regional planning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for Cocoa’s portfolio across Singapore and Southeast Asia to drive revenue growth.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with telcos and large system integrators to exceed sales targets.
- Manage key accounts by building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting and pitching solutions to closing deals and coordinating handover.
- Gather and deliver timely market and competitive intelligence to inform regional business planning and strategy.
- Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to engage regional clients and headquarters.
- Demonstrate resilience and initiative as a self-starter, adapting to travel requirements within Southeast Asia.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of B2B sales experience in telecom, ICT, or cloud/services.
- Existing network and relationships with Singapore telcos or system integrators.
- Proven ability to present, negotiate, and build relationships to secure business.
