Robert Walters Hiring! Full Time IT Security - Operations Engineer in - Ricebowl

A rapidly growing technology company is looking for an IT Security & Operations Engineer to help build and strengthen secure internal infrastructure across a highly technical and fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage employee endpoints throughout their lifecycle, including provisioning, configuration, compliance, and decommissioning
• Maintain and improve identity and access management processes across business and engineering platforms
• Administer MDM, SSO, MFA, and endpoint security solutions
• Support office networking and connectivity across multiple locations
• Manage collaboration and productivity platforms including email, knowledge-sharing, and communication tools
• Conduct security reviews, access audits, vulnerability tracking, and remediation activities
• Drive onboarding and offboarding processes with a strong focus on security and compliance
• Develop security awareness initiatives and operational best practices
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes through scripting, low-code tools, and AI-assisted workflows
• Partner with regional teams and external vendors to ensure reliable and secure IT operations
  
  

• At least 6 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, Corporate IT, or Security Engineering environments
• Experience managing endpoint security, identity management, or security governance initiatives
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting
• Experience administering Mac environments and endpoint management platforms
• Hands-on experience with technologies such as:
  • MDM platforms (Jamf, Kandji, Mosyle, Intune, etc.)
  • SSO and IAM solutions
  • Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365
  • GitHub Enterprise and/or GitLab administration
  • MFA, EDR, vulnerability management, and security controls
• Business-level Mandarin is required due to regular collaboration with teams in China and the need to review Mandarin-language operational documentation.
