CISO - Financial Firm

• This is a senior cybersecurity leadership position responsible for defining and driving the organization's overall security strategy, cyber risk management framework, and resilience agenda. The role has broad accountability across security governance, regulatory compliance, security operations, incident response, and technology risk management.
• The successful individual will act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and key stakeholders, helping to balance security, risk, and business objectives while ensuring the organization remains resilient against evolving cyber threats. A strong focus on stakeholder engagement, regulatory interaction, security transformation, and building a high-performing security function is essential.
• The ideal profile is a seasoned cybersecurity executive with experience leading enterprise-wide security programs, managing complex risk environments, and communicating effectively at Board and executive levels. Experience in highly regulated industries, coupled with expertise across cyber governance, cloud security, security operations, and cyber resilience, would be highly valued.
• Must be eligible to obtain CAT 1 Security Clearance.

Regional CISO – Regional Bank

• A senior cybersecurity leadership role responsible for defining and executing the bank's regional cybersecurity strategy, ensuring the security, resilience, and integrity of its technology platforms, infrastructure, applications, and data assets.
• The client is seeking a highly technical cybersecurity leader with deep expertise in security architecture, security engineering, cloud security, infrastructure security, and cyber operations. The role will lead enterprise-wide security transformation initiatives, oversee security operations and cyber defense capabilities, and drive security-by-design across the technology landscape.
• The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of leading large-scale cybersecurity programs within banking or highly regulated environments, building high-performing technical security teams, and partnering with senior technology and business stakeholders to strengthen cyber resilience while enabling business growth.
