Location: Johor Company: Mutiara QTech Corp Sdn Bhd Job Responsibilities: • Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks • Manage filing, documentation, letters, and emails • Prepare basic reports using Microsoft Word & Excel • Maintain organized records and office documents • Assist with data entry and office coordination • Support daily office operations and ad-hoc tasks Requirements: Good knowledge in Microsoft Word & Excel Able to prepare simple letters and documents Organized and able to handle large documentation Good communication and teamwork skills Applicants with experience in administrative roles under the Government MySTEP programme are encouraged to apply Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 8am - 5pm (Except first Saturday of the month: half day)
