Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Associate, Programmatic role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The Senior Associate will support the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of programmatic campaigns across display, video, and other digital channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and trafficking campaigns in demand-side platforms (DSPs), managing budgets and pacing, and monitoring performance against KPIs. The role involves analyzing campaign data, generating actionable insights, and preparing clear performance reports for internal teams and clients. The Senior Associate will collaborate closely with strategy, analytics, and creative teams, as well as external partners and publishers, to ensure accurate implementation and continuous improvement of programmatic activity. The position also includes contributing to testing roadmaps, staying current on platform updates and industry trends, and supporting the development of programmatic best practices.


Qualifications

  • Experience with programmatic media buying, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting within major DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data, manage large datasets, and translate insights into performance recommendations.
  • Familiarity with ad operations fundamentals, including tags, pixels, brand safety tools, viewability, and basic troubleshooting of trafficking issues.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, such as audience targeting, bid strategies, frequency management, attribution, and cross-channel integration.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) is an advantage.
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to present results clearly and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines, with strong attention to detail and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Data/Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior agency or in-house media experience in programmatic or biddable media is preferred; familiarity with the APAC market is a plus.
