Position Overview
The Digital Marketing, Administration & Accounts Executive will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of AES ACADEMY.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and can independently manage multiple responsibilities including:

Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Digital Marketing
* Manage AES ACADEMY social media platforms including:
* TikTok
* YouTube
* Plan and schedule content calendars.
* Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
* Monitor engagement and respond to enquiries.
* Coordinate with designers, lecturers, students, and industry partners for content creation.
* Maintain consistency of branding across all digital platforms.
* Prepare monthly social media and marketing reports.

Student Recruitment & Enquiries
* Respond to prospective student enquiries.
* Manage WhatsApp, email, website, and social media enquiries.
* Coordinate student registrations and admissions processes.
* Maintain CRM and student databases.
* Support education fairs, open days, and promotional events.

Administrative Duties
* Manage office documentation and records.
* Coordinate meetings and appointments.
* Prepare reports, letters, and official documents.
* Maintain filing systems and databases.
* Support accreditation, compliance, and academic administration activities when required.

Bookkeeping & Finance Support
* Prepare invoices and payment receipts.
* Monitor student fee collections.
* Maintain expense records.
* Reconcile transactions and petty cash.
* Liaise with external accountants and auditors.
* Maintain accurate financial documentation.
* Assist in preparing monthly financial summaries.
Note: Professional accounting and tax submissions will be handled by external accountants.

Event & Industry Engagement Support
* Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, conferences, and industry events.
* Coordinate logistics and communications with partners.
* Support sponsorship and partnership activities.
* Assist in preparing presentations and proposals.

Requirements
Education
Diploma or Degree in:
* Marketing
* Business Administration
* Accounting
* Mass Communication
* Digital Media
* Entrepreneurship
* Related fields
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Experience
Preferred:
* Social media management experience.
* Basic bookkeeping knowledge.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
* Experience with Canva.
* Basic video editing skills.
* Good written and spoken English.
* Bahasa Malaysia proficiency.
* Ability to work independently.
Additional advantages:
* Experience in education sector.
* Knowledge of Meta Business Suite.
* Knowledge of Google Workspace.
* Knowledge of accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, Xero, QuickBooks, etc.).
* Photography or videography skills.
