Job Description

Responsibilities

General Job Description

Responsible for managing HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, employee development, foreign worker administration, and office operations. Ensures compliance with regulations, implements SOPs, and supports overall business objectives through efficient HR and admin practices.



Primary Responsibilities

Human Resources:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.

• Handle performance management, training, and employee development programs.

• Assist in planning and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.


Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, write job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Manage the smooth transition of new hires into the company by overseeing the onboarding process, including completing necessary paperwork and introducing new employees to company culture and policies.

• Coordinate new hire orientations, ensuring employees understand their roles, company policies, and benefits.


Foreign Worker Management:

• Manage foreign worker documentation and processes by liaising with the relevant government agency.

• Handles FOMEMA, passport renewal, open bank account, replace bank card, police report etc

• Bring workers to clinic/hospital for any emergency cases

• Coordinate arrival, accommodation, and welfare matters for foreign workers.


Office Administration:

• Oversee general office operations (e.g., office supplies, maintenance, vendor management).

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in the office environment.

• Supervise administrative staff and manage office budgets.

• Manage company assets and maintain updated inventory records.


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2-3 years’ experience in handling Foreign Worker documentation and recruitment.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

• Possess valid driving license
