Responsibilities:

• Assist in job posting on various job portals (major job boards and school job portals).
• Support in organizing and executing recruitment activities including job fairs, campus recruitment events, etc.
• Assist in screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
• Aid in the reporting of training grant applications and relevant documentation processes.
• Assist in designing and procuring materials used in campus recruitment, including door gifts, brochures, etc.
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• Students who are in polytechnics or universities, able to commit for at least 20 weeks of full-time internship.
• Fluent in English
• Confident in speaking with potential candidates over the phone
• Fast learner with a positive attitude.
• Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
