Responsible for driving strategic growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding key accounts, developing market strategies, and building long-term partnerships. The role involves strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Key Account Sales, Marketing, HQ Product Division, Management, and Engineering
both from HQ and ASG. Instrumental for delivering revenue targets and
accelerate business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Market Development
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new market segments, industries, and
partnership opportunities.
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company
goals.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to understand trends, customer
needs, and emerging opportunities.
2. Revenue & Growth Ownership
- Drive new customer acquisition and manage the full business development
pipeline.
- Achieve assigned revenue, growth, and profitability targets.
- Develop annual/quarterly business plans, forecasts, and strategic
reviews.
3. Key Account & Partner Management
- Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with key accounts, ecosystem
partners, distributors, and solution providers.
- Develop account strategies to upsell, cross-sell, and grow share of
wallet.
- Lead co-creation initiatives and partnership-driven solution
development.
4. Solution Positioning & Value Creation
- Work with product and technical teams to develop compelling value
propositions, proposals, and solution packages.
- Deliver executive-level presentations, proposals, and business cases.
- Engage customers at both technical and business levels to ensure
solution fit.
5. Deal Management & Negotiation
- Lead end-to-end opportunity management including scoping, proposal
drafting, pricing, commercial negotiation, and contract closure.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and cross-regional account
alignment.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Marketing for campaigns, events, and customer
engagement initiatives.
- Work with Operations, Logistics, and Support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with global/regional teams for strategic accounts and joint projects.
7. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare business reviews, forecasts, pipeline reports, and go-to-market
strategies.
- Analyze sales performance data and recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate records and CRM documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering,
Marketing, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, or Strategic Sales.
- Proven track record in achieving revenue growth and developing new markets.
- Preferably with experience in Industrial AIoT, semiconductors,
automation, Cloud, AI or hardware systems.
