The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a global technology company to look for an experienced QA Automation Analyst responsible for designing and executing automated testing strategies, identifying and tracking software defects, and ensuring software quality through effective test planning, technical expertise, and collaboration with development teams.  

The Talent

• 2–7 years of experience in QA automation testing.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance QA processes
• Hands-on experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium or other industry-standard automation frameworks.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, automation frameworks, and testing practices.
• Familiarity with software development technologies such as JavaScript and SQL.
• Understanding of software engineering and technology principles.

Job Description

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and testing procedures.
• Validate system changes and enhancements before deployment.
• Develop and maintain automated testing solutions.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools.
• Analyze issues related to functionality, usability, outputs, and system performance.
• Monitor defect resolution and maintain records of known issues.
• Coordinate testing schedules and strategies based on project timelines and scope.
