• Prepare meals independently in a foreign worker dormitory area to meet daily food requirements
• Cook a variety of Indian dishes to provide diverse meal options
• Manage kitchen hygiene by cleaning and maintaining a sanitary cooking environment
• Monitor and manage daily kitchen stock to ensure availability of necessary ingredients
• Work early morning, late night, and rotating shifts to support continuous kitchen operations
