Documentation & Quality Records

Prepare, maintain, and organize QA/QC documentation for ongoing projects.

Ensure inspection records, reports, and quality-related documents are properly filed, updated, and maintained.

Prepare material submittals, inspection checklists, test reports, and handover documentation.

Maintain document control for drawings, method statements, technical submissions, and project records.

Track and monitor material certificates, calibration certificates, and testing reports for compliance and traceability purposes.

QA/QC Coordination

Coordinate with project, engineering, production, and site teams for submission and collection of QA/QC records and documents.

Support QA/QC Engineers during inspections, audits, and quality-related activities.

Ensure documentation complies with client requirements, project specifications, and company quality procedures.

Compliance & Audit Support

Ensure proper record traceability and compliance with company quality management procedures.

Assist in maintaining quality procedures, forms, templates, and standard documentation.

Reporting & Administrative Support

Prepare weekly and monthly QA/QC reports and quality tracking updates.

Maintain and update quality logs, document registers, and monitoring records.

Ensure proper filing and organization of both softcopy and hardcopy QA/QC documents.

Perform other ad-hoc QA/QC administrative and coordination duties assigned by management.
