Responsibilities:

• Daily check on customer transaction and payment
• Reconcillation of daily cash transaction
• Verifying and confirming bank remittance
• Generating finance related report for the finance manager
• Monitor Customer Aging and flag overdues
• Assist in all preparation and statutory filing including financial statement preparation, GST filing and corporate tax filing
• Provide support in other accounting duties

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• No experience required,
• Proficiency in MS Office, preferably with knowledge in SQL system
• Team player, ability to work with tight deadlines
• Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills

Salary:

• ($3,500 - $4,500) - 6 days work
