About the Role:

We are looking for a highly proactive and tech-savvy Operations Executive to drive efficiency in our freight forwarding operations. This role is not just about tracking shipments; it is about actively optimizing our procurement processes, building strategic relationships with suppliers, and leveraging AI tools to automate workflows and enhance decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics & DG Operations: Manage end-to-end shipping bookings, documentation, and coordination. Assist in Dangerous Goods (DG) compliance checks (full training provided).

• Strategic Procurement: Research and compare suppliers to ensure cost-efficiency. Maintain and build strong, collaborative relationships with vendor partners.

• AI-Driven Optimization: Utilize AI tools to streamline administrative tasks, analyze shipment data for better decision-making, and improve operational transparency.

• Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate shipping files and provide proactive, data-backed updates to clients.
