About the Role

We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to drive Beyondsoft's regional growth by establishing strategic partnerships with key regional ecosystem players to promote our AI Workflow and Enterprise Integration solutions. Your primary focus is to build high-impact co-sell pipelines that unlock new business opportunities and secure sustainable recurring revenue. In this role, you will also lead cross-functional internal collaboration to ensure all joint market initiatives are executed and scaled successfully.


  • Identify and establish ecosystem-level partnerships with key regional players—including iPaaS providers, System Integrators (SIs), Fintech/Regtech alliances, and corporate software vendor networks—to independently drive high-converting business pipelines.
  • Evaluate and execute strategic partnership models and local business development opportunities that accelerate Beyondsoft's regional market growth and deep ecosystem integration.
  • Focus on building high-impact co-sell pipelines and aligning with primary partner networks to deliver pragmatic, win-win commercial outcomes and secure sustainable recurring revenue.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure seamless agreement execution.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams across commercial, marketing, operations, and legal departments to operationalize and scale all partnership initiatives.


Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Key Account Management within a relevant industry, such as IT services, SaaS, iPaaS, or digital transformation.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building deep credibility and trust both internally and with external ecosystem partners.
  • Act as an agile, fast learner with strong business sense who can easily grasp complex technology solutions—including SaaS, PaaS, and AI RAG workflows—to identify high-value enterprise business scenarios.
  • A proven background in building product market traction and cultivating high-impact ecosystem relationships from 0-1 and ************* in maturity is highly preferred to drive regional market expansion.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to support collaboration with regional teams.
