Role Description

The Data Scientist is responsible for extracting valuable insights from complex datasets and developing predictive models that support business strategy, innovation, and decision-making. This role focuses on combining data analysis, statistics, machine learning, and problem-solving techniques to transform data into actionable business outcomes.

You will collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data from various sources. The role involves exploring datasets, identifying patterns, and uncovering trends that help organizations understand customer behavior, operational performance, and market opportunities.

A key responsibility is developing and deploying predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and analytical solutions that address business challenges. You will perform statistical analysis, feature engineering, model validation, and performance optimization to ensure reliable and accurate results.

This position also involves creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with business teams, software engineers, analysts, and decision-makers to translate analytical insights into practical solutions.

In addition, the Data Scientist contributes to innovation by researching advanced analytical methods, artificial intelligence technologies, and emerging data science techniques that enhance organizational capabilities and competitive advantage.

Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in statistics, mathematics, and data analysis
  • Knowledge of machine learning, predictive modeling, and AI concepts
  • Ability to collect, clean, and process large datasets
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting techniques
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of databases, SQL, and data management principles
  • Ability to build, evaluate, and optimize predictive models
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and experimental design
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to explain complex findings to non-technical audiences
