Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Writer role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Writer will create clear, engaging content to support Esperti’s technology and consulting services, including website copy, marketing materials, product descriptions, case studies, and internal documentation. Responsibilities include researching industry and Oracle-related topics, interviewing subject matter experts, and translating technical concepts into accessible language for different audiences. The role also involves editing and proofreading content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand voice and style guidelines. The Writer will collaborate closely with consultants, solution architects, and marketing teams to plan content, maintain an editorial calendar, and ensure timely delivery of all written materials.
Qualifications

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to tailor tone and style for technical, business, and marketing audiences.
• Experience creating content for IT, software, or enterprise solutions (e.g., ERP, cloud, or business applications), ideally including Oracle-related topics.
• Ability to research complex subjects, interview stakeholders, and convert technical information into clear, user-friendly content.
• Familiarity with content planning, basic content marketing principles, and coordinating with design and marketing teams.
• Excellent command of written English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working on-site in a collaborative team setting in Cairo, Egypt; prior experience in a consulting or technology firm is a plus.
