Job Summary

Lead and manage BIM implementation to ensure effective coordination, compliance, and execution across project packages, driving quality and efficiency in building information modeling processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM implementation across multiple project packages to ensure consistent and effective use of BIM technology
• Develop detailed BIM Execution Plans and workflows to guide project teams and optimize BIM processes
• Coordinate BIM models among diverse stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and data integration
• Manage BIM standards and ensure compliance with industry and project requirements
• Facilitate clash detection and model coordination to identify and resolve design conflicts early
  
  

Required Competencies And Certifications

• Certified BIM Manager
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, BIM360, and related BIM software
  
  

Preferred Competencies And Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in BIM management
